Itenirary
Itinerary of the ATV Tour to Rainbow Mountain
03:00 am to 04:00 am – Hotel Pickup – Transfer to Villa Sur – Breakfast
We are early starters! We will pick you up from your hotel between 3:00 am and 4:00 am. Then, we will head to the South Valley to enjoy a delicious breakfast at a restaurant, which is approximately a 1 hour journey. The view at this place is marvelous, accompanied by a warm climate that will make you feel in total harmony with nature.
05:00 am to 07:30 am – Transfer to Japura – Start of the Tour
We will enjoy a car journey for 1 hour to reach Japura, where the quad bike adventure will begin. Our guide will provide you with the necessary instructions to operate them. We will start the tour, enjoying the beautiful landscape and observing Andean camelids such as llamas and alpacas. After approximately 1 hours, we will arrive at the quad bike parking area.
07:30 am to 9:30 am – Arrival at Rainbow Mountain – Return to Japura
We will walk for 35 minutes to 45 minutes to reach the impressive Rainbow Mountain. If you prefer not to walk, you have the option to rent linear motorcycles or horses, although this comes at an additional cost that you should arrange with the local residents.
Once at Rainbow Mountain, you will have time to take photos, videos, and listen to our guide’s explanations. Afterward, we will return to the quad bikes and embark on a 1 hour journey back to Japura.
10:30 am to 5:00 pm – Return to Transportation – Lunch – Return to Cusco
We will leave the quad bikes and take our transportation back to the restaurant, where you will enjoy a buffet lunch after a 1-hour journey.
Finally, we will return to the city of Cusco, where our service will conclude in the city center around 5:00 pm.

• You must have experience riding a motorcycle or a bicycle as a prior test will be conducted on the quad bikes (if you don’t pass this test, you will not be granted access to the quad bikes).
• The access roads are quite narrow, which makes vehicular traffic difficult.
• It is ideal to explore some other areas of the city of Cusco before ascending to the mountain to acclimate to the altitude.
• Due to environmental, climatic, or other factors beyond our control, the travel itinerary may vary. If so, you will be notified in a timely manner.

• With 4 to 7 days notice, a 60% refund will be given.
• With more than 7 days notice, an 80% refund will be given.
Date Changes:
• No extra charge if notified more than 5 days in advance.
• If notified between 3 and 5 days in advance, an additional 25% charge will apply.
• If notified with 2 days or less notice, changes will not be possible and will not be subject to a refund.
• Subject to availability.
• There will be no refund in case of delayed flights, train delays, bad weather, or other external factors.
